Appointment Information Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be within 24 hour notice of the appointment. Medical Information If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, injury, or recent surgery, please consult your physician before scheduling a massage. Please inform your therapist of any health concerns before your appointment. Payment We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards. Spa Etiquette To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests silence mobile devices and speak quietly while inside the spa. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on the premises. Prenatal Care and Safety Policy To ensure a safe session for you and your baby Medical Clearance: Required for 1st-trimester bookings or high-risk pregnancies. Contraindications: Please do not receive massage if you have sudden severe swelling, severe headaches, spotting, abdominal pain, or fever. Setup: All sessions utilize supporting side-lying positioning. Stomach positioning is never used. Coordination: Please let your therapist know your current week of pregnancy prior to your session.
