Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than one hour's notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Appointment Information
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times.
Medical Information
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, injury, or recent surgery, please consult your physician before scheduling a massage.
Please inform your therapist of any health concerns before your appointment.
Payment
We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards.
Spa Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests silence mobile devices and speak quietly while inside the spa. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on the premises.
